Use of the site

By accessing or using 51gameapp.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 51 Game, and they apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in India. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Site in any capacity.

Permitted and prohibited conduct

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to introduce viruses or malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to the Site's servers or databases, scrape or extract data without prior written consent, deploy automated bots or scripts in any manner not expressly permitted, or engage in any conduct that restricts or impairs another person's use or enjoyment of the Site. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Account responsibilities

If you register an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 51 Game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your account information.

Intellectual property

All content available on or through 51gameapp.org, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 51 Game or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India). Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any such content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Trademarks and branding

The "51 Game" name, logo, and all related marks displayed on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of 51 Game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use those marks without the prior written consent of 51 Game. You may not register or attempt to register any mark that is confusingly similar to the 51 Game brand.

Limited licence to users

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, 51 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to resell Site content, remove or alter proprietary notices, create derivative works, or sub-licence any portion of the Site to third parties. Any use beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written approval from 51 Game.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 51 Game, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even where 51 Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Scope of exclusions

This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. It covers losses arising from service interruptions, data inaccuracies, security breaches attributable to third parties, or conduct of other users on the Site. Where Indian consumer-protection law mandates that certain warranties cannot be disclaimed, those statutory rights remain unaffected and are excluded from the scope of this clause only to the minimum extent required by law.

Aggregate liability cap

In no event shall 51 Game's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of INR 500 or the total amount you paid to 51 Game in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Transaction disputes involving third-party payment platforms such as UPI, PhonePe, or Google Pay must be raised directly with the relevant payment provider within the timeframes prescribed by Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
